I was very pleased with how will these insoles worked, they provided me with support and comfort even with the swelling I've been experiencing this pregnancy. I actually noticed less swelling since I started using them. They are actually very comfortable. They are also very easy to insert and take out. They helped alleviate pressure while walking.
